Why I Am Going To Love It Here.

I think I am going to love the Mid-Westicle. I think I am gonna love it a lot. Here are two reasons that I found so far my first week here. And this is just driving down my street a little ways.

MmmmHmmmm. Awesome. Besides all the the unnecessary outdoor decorations, I have never seen so many unintentional mullets in my whole entire life. I mean, I thought the southwest started the mullet revolution, but I had no idea. I think the southwesterners saw the midwesterners and realized how cool the mullet is/was. What they didn't know is that even the midwesterners don't know how cool the mullet is...hence it is unintentional. In fact, that is the real definition of cool: you are only REALLY cool if you don't know you are being cool or trying to be cool. If you are trying to be cool you are really only a huge tool.

Anyhohum, we made it to WI. I wore a long sleeved tshirt and jeans the other day but they tell me nice weather is coming. Do I believe them? IDK. Everyone said CO winters were "not that bad" and that the "snow melts in a day", which both claims were rubbish. Point being: I am not sure if I belive my fellow Wisconsians that the winters aren't too bad. We will see.

Signing off. Emily

Ode to Colorado, Goodbye

Here are some pics of our four year home, Denver. Goodbye, Denver, goodbye!

Hallelujah, the Angels Sang.

Yes, we (not angels) are singing Hallelujah! I will never forget when Brian and I got married 8 years ago talking about only having 10 years of school left. An entire decade. We can officially say that that decade is down to only two more years! Wait, that gets a few more exclamation points!!!!!! Brian will be an official Doctor of Dental Surgery on Friday May 22. We are glad for this phase of school to be done. That being said, we are extremely sad to leave Denver. Here in Denver we bought our first house, got our first doggie, had our first baby and lots of other things. We will miss our beloved trails, miles and miles of running, biking and whatever else trails. We will miss the winters. I say that b/c we are going to Milwaukee where I am sure the weather is going to suck it big time. Anyhow, life goes on, and we must move forward.

Most of all, congrats to Brian! Now, get off your hiney and let's move 1063 miles next Saturday.

Blah, Blah, It's a Boy and Other Stuff

Had an US last week and lo and behold, we saw another little weiner peaking back at us. Ulysses Jones Kleinman it shall be. Am I excited? Of course! I get to use all the stuff I have for Rad again, I don't have to buy ANYTHING, they can share a room...I could go on forever about the excitement. I also have this picture of the preexistence of the two little devils running around together causing problems. Perhaps this is a picture of my life in a year from now, not so much the PE. He is perfect, his heart is perfect, and is in the 55%, which is pretty awesome for a diabetic. Now, Rad was in the 30% the whole pregnancy, so I won't be surprised if little U is bigger, but that is what glorious epidurals are for, right? Ah, numb legs.

Here are a few pics of Rad from the past few weeks.

Welcome to the Family!

Jay and Melissa welcomed William Buckley Brimhall into the world on April 10, which is also the same day that my mother celebrated her Birthday! I made them the cutest announcement and I must post it, so here goes...

I don't know when I will get to meet the little monkey, but from the looks of it, he looks a lot like a Brimhall, except of course for the dimples. We Brimhall's reserve dimples only for our butt's. But not Billy, although I am guessing he has plenty of them on his chubby little bum too. Hey, his last name is Brimhall! Congrats guys, now get to work on #2!
