We Wish You a Fugly Christmas!!

Tonight we had our Ward Christmas Party. We are "new" in town so I thought it would be a good idea to see if there was anybody really cool in our ward. There are actually lots of pretty awesome people, but I am talking about REALLY cool people. Like the people with unspoken coolness. Firstly, I wanted to see if anyone else would don their gayest apparel for the Holiday season. We spent a ridiculous amount of time/money at the Goodwill searching for the perfect sweaters. Rad's was definitely the coolest because whoever owned this sweet gem added a stocking to the "Beary Christmas" sweat shirt, complete with mock turtle neck. Speaking of mock turtle necks, check out Brian. His outfit was just incredible. Not only was it a mock turtleneck, it had reindeer on front and a little reindeer friend on back. And I found it in the Plus Size section at the Goodwill. All I have to say is WIN. The sad thing? Nobody else was wearing any sweetness. Except for our neighbors. I alread knew that they are cool.

The other fun this week is this: I got a TREADMILL!!! I no longer have to be tough. I can run inside whilst it is snowing and icing outside. It was good timing b/c it only got to 15 degrees today. Not okay for running. Santa is good, Santa is good.

And then there is our little Santa. I could not resist dressing the poor child up as Santa. He's gonna have issues regardless, so why not dress him up, you know? I know, then I will post it on my blog for all the world to see, because, you know, the world is my audience. I am kind of awesome. And special. And wonderful.
